Your 14-day right

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund.

The immediate-access waiver

The course is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you are asked to tick: “I want immediate access to the course and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.” If you tick it, your access starts at once and the withdrawal right ends at that moment, as EU law allows for digital content. If you do not tick it, your access begins after the 14-day period.

How to withdraw

The fastest way: email info@starit-academy.com with the subject “Withdrawal” from your account email — no form or justification needed, a clear statement suffices. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form. We confirm receipt without delay and refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

Problems with the course?

Separate from withdrawal: if something is broken — content doesn't load, progress is stuck, your certificate has an error — that's our job to fix regardless of any deadline. Write to info@starit-academy.com and we will make it right.
